Robins Executive Speaker Series with Stephanie Headley

Stephanie Headley is the Senior Vice President of North America Skin Care and Global OLAY within Procter & Gamble’s Skin and Personal Care business, a position she has held since March 2022.

She has worked on the OLAY brand since 2017. While working on OLAY, she has led product and commercial innovation planning. Her responsibilities included translating consumer trends, breakthrough technology and industry insight into long range planning to grow OLAY globally empowering women to be fearless to Face Anything. Prior to her work on the OLAY business, Stephanie spent 19 years at P&G working in a range of Brand

Management and retail facing assignments in Cincinnati, OH and Charlotte, NC on iconic brands including Febreze, Herbal Essences and OLAY. Stephanie was recognized as a Top Woman in Beauty, Wellness and Health in 2019 and Ebony Power 100 in 2021.

She is most proud of her work that reflects a more inclusive definition of leadership, STEM & beauty. OLAY launched a brand new platform behind Face Anything in September 2019 featuring nine fearless women who represented the broad definition of empowerment and beauty in September Vogue. Most recently, Stephanie partnered with the Algorithmic Justice League and Badger and Winters to create Decode the Bias, a campaign sending 1200 to code camp to face the systemic bias found in algorithms.

Beyond her work at P&G, Stephanie was appointed to the UNC Kenan Flagler Next Gen Board of Advisors in 2020 and has been a board member of the Cosmetic Executive Women’s organization since 2022. Lastly, she is an active member of her Crossroads Community Church.

A native of Kilmarnock, Virginia, Stephanie holds a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan Flager School of Business and a Mathematics/Education degree from the University of Richmond. In her spare time, she enjoys international travel, working with kids and is creating a new podcast on leadership. Stephanie resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
