    Christine A. Mihelcic is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech, an M.P.P. from the University of Virginia, and a Ph.D. in Business from Penn State.

    Dr. Mihelcic’s primary research areas include identity, stigma, disability, and social entrepreneurship. Her scholarly work has been published in top management journals, including Organization Science and the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior.
