She is widely recognized as a transformational leader with a proven ability to drive innovation, enhance student experiences, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Tashae is currently pursuing her doctorate through Kansas State University’s esteemed John E. Roueche Community College Leadership Program, focusing her research on institutional best practices and organizational culture that strengthen community college–professional school partnerships and open pathways for underrepresented students.
