  • Profile
    Ileana Maldonado-Bautista is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Robins School of Business, University of Richmond. Prior to her current appointment, she served as an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Iowa State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from Baylor University. Dr. Maldonado’s research interests include stakeholder management and strategic entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in high-impact academic journals, including Organization Science, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Small Business Economics. In addition, Dr. Maldonado has provided consulting and entrepreneurial training services to organizations in the United States and Central America.
