Navigate the business school with support from peer mentors and academic advisors

Peer mentors and academic advisors are central to the Endeavor RSB experience. Peer mentors—selected from upperclassmen at the University of Richmond—serve as positive role models who help first-year students find their footing at the University of Richmond and the Robins School. Throughout the year, they help students adjust to college life, share study strategies, and build community.

Endeavor RSB students also receive dedicated academic advising to guide them through their first year and beyond. Advisors work closely with students to:

• Plan course schedules that align with business school requirements and individual interests.
• Explore majors, minors, and concentrations to find the best academic fit.
• Identify opportunities for study abroad, internships, and experiential learning.
• Connect students with campus resources that support academic success and personal well-being.

Together, peer mentors and academic advisors create a strong support network that helps Endeavor RSB students thrive academically and socially from day one.
