Matthew DiCanio, '04

President & CEO, Concentra

Matthew DiCanio is President & CEO of Concentra, based in Dallas, Texas. Concentra is the leading provider of occupational medicine in the U.S. with over 1,000 healthcare facilities in 45 states. The company has more than 13,000 employees, $2.3 billion in revenue, and 55,000 patient visits per day, and is publicly traded on the NYSE with a market capitalization of $4.5 billion.

Prior to his role as CEO, Matt served as President and CFO, where he led Concentra’s clinical, operational, sales, marketing, product, corporate development, finance & accounting, legal, human resources, real estate, and technology organizations. 

Before joining Concentra, Matt held various positions in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and management. His experience includes serving as principal at a middle-market investment bank based in Dallas; as an investment banker with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City; and as a CPA with KPMG, LLP, also in NYC. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in 2004, Matthew later earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School.
