Tom Kemp, MBA Executive-in-Residence, advises MBA students and alumni on various aspects of their career journey. He explores a variety of topics ranging from making a career change and building and managing one’s professional reputation to pursuing leadership opportunities. In his professional career, Tom has successfully led various organizations through uncertainty and transformational change, and has experience in many facets of both public and private sector businesses across various industries. Most recently, Tom was a managing director for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career development and transition provider to the Fortune 1000.
