Profile
Xingxing (Bruce) Chen is an assistant professor of Analytics & Operations at the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from Washington University in St Louis in 2018. Prior to that, he received an M.S. degree in Business Administration from Washington University and a B.S degree in Mathematics from Peking University. His research works focus on supply chain management with project-related considerations, inventory planning with dynamic allocation, and assortment & pricing problems under the random utility maximization (RUM) framework. On the teaching front, he has primarily taught undergraduate-level operations management and IT & data analytics courses at the University of Richmond.
