Virtual Train-the-Trainer Certificate Program

How Adults Learn; Planning, Designing, and Evaluating Training; and Proven Trainer Skills

“When one door closes, many more are open.”

The critical need for physical distancing is challenging all trainers to find new ways to deliver learning content. How ready are you to deliver virtually? It’s a great time to build capacity for delivery, especially if you are limited in available trainers, time, or resources.

Whether it’s in Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or other virtual learning platforms, clients tell us that one major advantage of our approach to How Adults Learn and Proven Trainer Skills is that they translate extremely well to the online learning world.

3 Benefits for You:

  • Learn how to leverage online tools to build relationships.
  • Learn to develop online content with engagement, interaction, and skill development.
  • Learn how to save time, gas, travel, and paper while creating more focus on students!

Objectives & Schedule

Your trainer is Michael A. Lair, a spirited and dynamic trainer, facilitator, and leader in the field of hands-on adult learning, action learning, team performance, and facilitation.
