Mr. Martin's 20-year career includes successful operating experience as an entrepreneur, chief executive (software, consumer products and services, professional services), strategist (global consultancy partner) and change agent (business transformation, turnarounds and startups). His teaching experience beyond University of Richmond includes positions at the University of Virginia (where Mr. Martin was the faculty co-founder of the Galant Center for Entrepreneurship) and lecturing at The Brandcenter at VCU, MIT, Northwestern University and the University of Maryland. He has also served as a panelist in multiple case and business plan competitions, designed and delivered executive leadership programs for an assortment of the world's preeminent corporations and is frequently called on as a keynote speaker. Mr. Martin is the founder of 80amps for Enterprise, a business consultancy serving the Fortune 1000, and 80amps for Startups, an incubator.
