Robins Dean's Network

The Robins School of Business seeks to provide the best business education in the world by connecting students to people, resources, and ideas, in an effort to help them explore career opportunities and develop professional skills, beginning freshman year.

Why participate?

Regardless of class year or major, students are encouraged to attend speaker and professional events in which they will interface with alumni, corporate partners, faculty, staff, and fellow students. The Robins Dean’s Network is designed to help students to gain exposure to new ideas, practice their interpersonal skills, and strengthen their networking skills.

Who can participate?

All undergraduate University of Richmond students, including non-business students, are eligible to participate, but only those who meet the criteria are eligible to become a member of the “Robins Dean’s Network.”

Do I have to pay to participate in events?

Unless specifically specified in the registration materials (e.g., Q-camp deposit), all events are free.

How will participation be tracked?

Students are expected to sign-in at each designated event with their University of Richmond ID card.

Who should I contact with additional questions?

Shelley Burns, director, Center for Professional Skills and Development at either sburns@richmond.edu or 804-287-1255.
